Tip: Adding extra blank spaces in Dreamweaver

One of the common questions on the Adobe user forums for Dreamweaver is how to go about adding extra blank spaces in Dreamweaver. Now keep in mind that I am in no way suggesting that using extra blank spaces to line up text is a good way to do things. Actually I don’t recommend it at all. Ok, HTML5 and CSS3 may be here to stay

Until now I have only read bits and pieces on the Internet about HTML5 and CSS3 without really taking it serioursly. After all it’s not really a finished standard yet and who knows if it will even make it to the big time at all anyways.

Yesterday I attended an hour long online presentation put on by David Powers that opened my eyes big time to the use of HTML5 and CSS3 in Dreamweaver. I now have changed my personal stance on HTML5 and CSS3. more…

Apple Changes iPhone/iPad Developer Policy

Earlier this year, Apple put some restrictions on third party developers for its apps and in particular Adobe Flash was the major player left out.  Since then, Adobe has stated it has ‘moved on’ and will continue to develop for other platforms and devices. There are many new Pads to be released soon and reports that sales of Droid based devices are quickly catching up to the Apple devices have also surfaced. Well, today it would appear that Apple has had a change of heart and now will loosen up its restrictions on third party developers.

Dreamweaver Widget Browser: Why so secret?

With the release of Dreamweaver CS5 came the inclusion of the new Adobe Dreamweaver Widget Browser. When I first saw this feature I was more than elated, as it appeared from the outside as something that could quickly grow and became one of the most valuable tools to Dreamweaver users.
